Summary
A lot attendant provides customer service for the intake and / or release of towed vehicles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist and accompany customers to their vehicle for any personal belongings while providing excellent customer service.
- Assists customers in releasing vehicles.
- Inform clerks if vehicles are not where the paperwork indicates so the information is updated in our system.
- Make sure insurance, E&E, and / or Stock Vehicles have been processed and numbered.
- Make sure all registrations, releases of vehicles, lot visits, and setouts are completed.
- Mild clean-up of the property and basic facility maintenance.

Language Skills
