We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Analyst to join our T&C team. This role will be instrumental in supporting a wide range of HR functions, including compensation analysis, HR systems management, performance cycle processes, HR metrics tracking, reporting, and maintaining employee data. The ideal candidate will work closely with T&C leadership to provide data-driven insights that drive efficiency, support decision-making, and enhance the overall employee experience. The Ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work collaboratively in a team setting, and be willing to cross train in other HR functional areas. A successful candidate must be able to keep confidence, easily handle confidential material appropriately, exhibit a keen sense of responsibility and enjoy working with multiple demands and shifting priorities.

Compensation Support:
- Support the implementation of EMKF compensation plans that align with budget, goals, and industry standards.
- Analyze internal and external compensation data to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Support compensation surveys and benchmarking efforts to remain aligned with industry standards.
- Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.
- Troubleshoot HR software issues and collaborate with IT support to resolve system-related problems.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of HR systems to streamline HR processes.
- Work closely with IT to maintain HRIS security, user access and confidentiality of data.
- Support the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback cycles.
- Assist in data collection, report generation, and tracking progress for individual and team performance initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics, including turnover, retention, engagement, training effectiveness, and compensation.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR and leadership decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards to visualize key trends and performance indicators.
- Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data in HRIS.
- Assist in data entry, updates, and audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Support HR operations with employee data requests and reports as needed.
- Support HR initiatives by providing analytical insights for special projects related to workforce planning, talent management, and other HR functions.
- Assist HR leadership in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Serves and benefits and wellness backup and participates in appropriate cross training to prevent service interruption during T&C team absence.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies and staying up to date with local, state, and federal regulations that affect compensation and general HR practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Travel: This position may require up to 10% travel.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills AND listening skills, and proven ability to work in a team environment with various levels of management and associates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP), Microsoft Excel (advanced), and reporting tools. Familiarity with compensation tools or survey platforms is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, interpret trends, and present findings in a clear and actionable way.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing employee data and generating reports.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions independently.
- Confidentiality: Strong understanding of data confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
