abilitiesThe Regional Turf and Ornamental Sales Manager will be empowered to make independent decisions for their region, particularly around product selection, regional pricing strategies, and seasonal forecasting, all while collaborating closely with Procurement and Product Management. This role will manage 10-20 key accounts, a mix of the largest agronomic customers and high-potential, relationship-driven accounts identified by the Territory T&O Product Sales Manager. In addition to managing key accounts, the Sales Manager will be responsible for branch and customer education, ensuring that both the branch staff and customers are well-versed in agronomic products and services. They will develop and implement agronomic programs, support customer visits, and coordinate with Branch Managers on promotions, product displays, and stock availability. This position is instrumental in advancing the agronomic division and will report directly to the Territory T&O Product Sales Manager who is well versed in all things a
