The successful candidate will manage a team of Commercial Services Specialists and work closely with account managers to identify and develop new business opportunities, while also maintaining a strategic approach to customer service and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Commercial Services team, establishing objectives and monitoring performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Western Territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify new construction leads and enhance project intake
- Support and guide the team in project execution, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company standards
- Conduct regular training to ensure team members are knowledgeable about products, services, and industry trends
- Participate in regional business development initiatives and represent Ewing at industry events
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive effective decision-making
- Proficiency in sales tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detailed project management
- Willingness to travel as needed within the Western Territory
