You will create, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns spotlighting our products and services on various digital platforms. Your main goals will be to boost brand recognition, increase social media and website traffic, and generate leads that drive sales growth.
Leading a team of talented marketing professionals, you’ll work closely with the product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure our digital marketing initiatives are in sync with our brand identity and business objectives. This role demands a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, along with robust analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.

- Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytical tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes tracking metrics like website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Leading and managing a team of marketing professionals, while collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing initiatives. This also involves communicating campaign goals, progress, and results to stakeholders.
3 years of experience managing and leading a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Preffered:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
