As a Branch Manager, you will create a positive and productive work environment, oversee day-to-day tasks, manage staff performance, and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Assess local market conditions to identify sales opportunities and competitive advantages
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and report on overall branch performance
- Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment through effective communication and leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to foster a high-performing team
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Completion of SP4 or MIT (internal applicants)
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the landscaping or irrigation industry
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
