Ewing Outdoor Supply looking for a Landscape Materials Yard Customer Service Professional to provide excellent customer service at our S Fort Collins location.
You must have the ability to lift 50-70 lbs. and perform in a seasonal high heat situation . The ability to learn the POS (point of sale) system is a must, as well as the ability to identify products and extend a top level customer experience. You will be provided all the training you need to be successful, so we are looking for a committed teammate with interest in growth opportunities , can hustle and be a great team fit.

Responsibilities
Go the extra mile to engage customersGreet and direct customersProvide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)Answer customers’ questions about specific products / servicesConduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasingCross-sell productsEnsure racks are fully stockedManage returns of merchandiseCoordinate with your team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)Inform customers about discounts and special offersProvide customer feedback to the Store ManagerStay up-to-date with new products / servicesDeliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routesFollow routes and time scheduleLoad, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicleAsk for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaintsInform customers about new products and servicesFollow DOT regulations and safety standardsRequirements
Prior Outdoor Supply Industry ExperienceMust be comfortable working most of your shift on your feet and performing repetitive physical tasks, such as stooping, squatting, and lifting items above your head.Must be comfortable operating and making deliveries on a daily route in an Isuzu NRR 650 or similar commercial vehicle.Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of charactersAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyBasic math skillsBe able to lift 50-70 poundsExcellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationshipsAbility to perform in fast-paced environmentsValid driver’s licenseExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood driving record with no traffic violationsBonus Points for the Following
