- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technologies or greater; or equivalent experience in computer/technology related fields
- Experience using C# and/or C
- Experience designing and implementing high performance and mission critical services
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including solid working knowledge of Windows/Linux based applications
- Ability to work under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as function successfully within a team
- Assertive to drive issues as appropriate, through to resolution, while maintaining professionalism in all communications
- Solid multi-tasking and detail orientation skills
- Mature judgment and the ability to relate well with others

- Windows/Linux Administration Experience
- Leading Cloud based (Azure, AWS etc.) product development experience
- Establishing and implementing Security Compliance (e.g., NIST, CMMC etc.) practices
- Experience working with high availability systems
- Database Design, with an emphasis on performance tuning
- Web Client experience, with emphasis on multimedia content delivery, HTML5
- Network Layer protocols/API’s and toolsets for monitoring, dissecting, investigating network packets
- Experience with application profiling
