As a Family Intake Coordinator, you’ll ensure our client families have a good experience throughout the autism diagnosis process, ensuring the paperwork is filled and submitted, collecting documentation as needed, and supporting the clinicians with scheduling and communications.
What You'll Do
- Ensure family paperwork is completed and emailed/mailed
- Complete consents/ROIs with families
- Collect documentation/assessment and questionnaires
- Manage clinician schedules
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or high-school diploma
- Experience in a healthcare setting with diagnostics/testing of autism and related disorders (preferred)
- On-call availability for calls/texts/emails when contacting families
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Ability to effectively collaborate with families, clinicians, and other team members and service providers in the community
- Effective organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team skills
