What You Will Do
- Use inside-sales techniques to identify and engage potential clients, promote our autism-care services, and explain the insurance process/timeline
- Help families understand the critical importance of our process and convince insurance representatives of the value of our services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families and insurance companies
- Maintain detailed records of all communications with families, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance expertise in the autism care field
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- 2 years of experience in inside sales
- Proven track record in negotiation and advocacy on behalf of clients preferred
- Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Ability to build rapport with families, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders
- Proven sales aptitude
- Dynamic phone presence to engage with clients and present solutions
- Proper telephone etiquette
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Education/Experience and Other Requirements

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
