About the Role
As a Therapy Plan Quality Assurance Specialist at Exact Billing Solutions, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of treatment plans in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. Your expertise will help assess and improve treatment plans to meet clinical guidelines, patient needs, and regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities
• Review and assess treatment plans for alignment with best practices, regulatory requirements, and clinical guidelines
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation body regulations
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement based on quality assessments
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives by analyzing treatment plan trends and suggesting modifications to improve care outcomes
• Educate clinical staff on treatment plan development, documentation requirements, and quality assurance standards
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ABA therapy or related clinical field
Experience in utilization review, quality assurance, or case management is highly desirable
