Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree/Bootcamp/associate degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, 2 years of experience in the technology field.- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA laws and other relevant compliance requirements.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, workflows, and process optimization. End-to-end development and implementation. Experience with Azure Portal and MS Intune. Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, API connections, and automated procedures. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, GoHighLevel) is a plus.
- Certifications : CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
- Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and scheduling.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in stakeholder communication and management. Strong requirement gathering and risk management skills. Experience in third-party vendor management.
- Leadership: Empathetic leadership qualities. Client-focused with an extreme ownership approach.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently. Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com, Zen-Desk, ClickUp, MS Project, SharePoint).
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives. Oversee end-to-end project development and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.- Compliance Management: Ensure all projects comply with HIPAA laws and other relevant compliance requirements. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance standards.
- Technical Oversight: Manage IT infrastructure, workflows, and process optimization. Utilize Azure Portal, MS Intune, and other relevant tools to support project needs. Oversee the integration of relational and non-relational databases, API connections, and automated procedures.
- Agile Methodologies: Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project scheduling and delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with all stakeholders. Gather requirements, manage risks, and ensure clear communication channels. Handle third-party vendor management effectively.
- Leadership and Team Management: Exhibit empathetic leadership qualities, fostering a client-focused and ownership-driven team culture. Mentor and guide team members, promoting collaboration and independent problem-solving.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges. Make informed decisions independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
