Responsibilities
- Serve customers by providing comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage existing accounts and generate new leads by effectively organizing daily schedules to target potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Customize sales presentations based on the specific requirements of each sales outlet or trade factor.
- Analyze existing and potential dealer volume to direct sales efforts effectively.
- Process orders by referencing price lists and understanding the scope of work.
- Keep management informed through regular activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses.
- Recommend improvements to products, services, and policies by assessing results and customer feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and preparing detailed reports for management.
- Maintain up-to-date professional and technical knowledge within the industry.
- Document historical records by maintaining detailed sales records for the assigned area and customers.
- Contribute to team success by achieving related objectives and milestones.
