Chief Operating Officer Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established provider of behavioral health services. They have a current opening for a Chief Operating Officer that has HR experience working in healthcare, specifically behavioral health.
- Oversee operations of 5 departments, excluding clinical operations
- Develop and administer organizational policies to all areas of operation
- Directs Performance Improvement activities within the facility
- Achieves budget oversight and monitor to ensure budgetary guidelines are maintained.
- Set policy and performance standards for the operation of organizational systems.
