Our client is a well-established provider of Hospice and Home Health servicesThey have a current opening for a Hospice Clinical Manager for their hospice program in the Milford, MA area. A Registered Nurse with Hospice leadership experience is required. Home Health experience would also be considered. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!
Hospice Clinical Manager Job Requirements
- Medicare-certified hospice leadership experience.
- Knowledge of all Hospice rules and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Certified Hospice and Palliative Care (CHPN) strongly preferred.
