They have a current opening for a Clinical Supervisor in an outpatient setting. This is an on-site position located in the Portland, OR area. Provide Clinical Supervision for 12 clinicians Carry a small caseload (10% direct patient care / / 90% supervision) Help support program managers with schedules and ensure the flow of intakes Receives, reviews and approves all intake assessments and assures all intakes are assigned and completed. Assists in recruiting, onboarding and supervision of new hires Education / Requirements : Master's Degree required in a social / behavioral science, advanced academic degree / licensure and CADC (not required). 2 years post master's is a requirement. Prefer candidates to have a clinical license (LPC / LCSW) but not required, QMHP is required. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
