About the Role
The Lead Clinical Laboratory Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our clinical laboratory. Key Responsibilities
- Verifying result release and pending list management
- Investigating and resolving quality control issues
- Coordinating testing and communication within and between departments
- Acting as the primary contact for staff in the laboratory area for technical and administrative problems
Requirements
- Associate degree in a laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution
- 4 years of high complexity testing experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Demonstrated intermediate level project management skills
- Professional working knowledge of local, state, and federal laboratory regulations
