About the Role
This position is responsible for enhancing customer relationships to drive growth and revenue while integrating Exact Science's solutions into the system of care.
A Screening Sales Representative (also known as a Screening Solutions Specialist or SSS) plays a critical front-line role in the fight against cancer.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive product growth of Cologuard in medical practices to meet sales goals within assigned geographies.
- Establish the importance of Colorectal Cancer (CRC) diseases and screening by delivering diagnostic solutions.
Key Objectives:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Gaining deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscapes to identify opportunities for enhanced patient outcomes.
- Analyzing the treatment journey across the local system of care to identify account opportunities that improve clinical decision-making and deliver better patient and population health outcomes.
- Building a network of relationships within accounts to gain insight into system, customer, and patient unmet needs, including clinical stakeholders and administrators.
Skill Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of previous sales experience, inside sales, or account management experience.
- Alternatively, 1 year of sales experience plus 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or other field related to the essential duties of the role.
