Exact Staff is hiring forour client! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AccountingSpecialist to join a team in a temp-to-hire capacity. Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (Overtime asneeded)
Pay Range : $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and distribute invoices to customers via mail or email.
- Provide statements to customers as requested or needed.
- Run weekly aging reports and distribute them to representatives to assist in collections.
- Collect payments for upcoming or past-due invoices.
- Prepare required reports for key accounts for payment or reconciliation.
- Perform various accounts receivable (A / R) and accounts payable (A / P) tasks.
