We are searching for a smart and bright Accounting Finance Associate to join one of our client’s offices, located in the city of Kent, WA.
This opportunity is a combination of finance and accounting duties. You will be responsible for providing clerical support for the Fleet Operations and Accounting Departments.
You will also :
- Coordinate, process, and handle the local payments for their vendors
- Scan the documentation and file them away accordingly
- Work with the coordinator to resolve exceptions and issues with the invoices
- Ensure that all invoices comply with state, federal, and local regulations
- Invoice purchase orders and sending those invoices to the clients.
- Provide proper follow-up with all invoices sent
- Document everything into their data entry system, known as Sprocket
- Other clerical duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. First shift, from 8 am to 4 : 30 pm. Monday to Friday.
