What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Worker position at Exact Staff?
We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our client in Elkton, MD! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
HOURS : 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm Monday to Friday
PAY : $18

Responsibilities :
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Maintain material and supply inventory.
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
Light Electrical
Drywall Repair
Appliance repair if needed
Light Carpentry
Plumbing - Light
Locksmith- able to assist with lockouts etc.
Grounds Cleaning
Maintaining 120 Apartment complex
Qualifications :
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
