What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Store Manager position at Exact Staff?
Our client is one of the top, long-running tire and auto repair providers in the United States. We are searching for a bright and earnest Automotive Service Manager to join our client’s location in North Hollywood.
Under the Store Manager, you will be responsible for helping to manage some of the smaller daily store operations and procedures, as well as helping to implement the company strategies and helping to train team members.
You will also :
- Provide accurate quotes and explain repair details alongside the service manager
- Help schedule appointments and keep the teams aware of upcoming customers coming in
- Support the inventory team, ordering supplies and working with the store manager to make sure everything is stocked accordingly
- Help oversee the training of new employees
- Help in assisting in troubleshooting various vehicle issues and recommend any appropriate services as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
You will be trained to become the product experts that our client needs.
This is a full-time, direct hire position, first shift, from 8 am to 4 : 30 pm.
