Exact Staff has a direct hire position for an Automotive Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service. You will work directly with our team to drive performance, build customer relationships, and continue to grow in the automotive industry. We’ll provide you with the training to become an expert in our products, services, and repair solutions.
Compensation : $58,000 - $85,000 Effective Rate (Base Pay Commission Overtime Manager Incentive Bonus Paid Benefits)
Schedule : Monday through Friday and some weekends 8 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Store Manager in managing daily store activities and operations.
- Meet or exceed performance goals by following our sales and operational strategies.
- Confidently recommend, sell, advise, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Become proficient in selling tires, wheels, and automotive services / repairs.
