What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Sales Service Manager position at Exact Staff?
Our client is one of the top, long-running tire and auto repair providers in the United States. We are searching for a smart and diligent Automotive Service Manager to join our client’s location in Thousand Oaks.
As the Automotive Service Manager, you will adhere to our client’s sales strategies and helping that branch meet or exceed the performance targets set by management.
You will also :
- Recommend, Sell, Advise, and provide top-tier customer service to all guests who come in
- Answer questions regarding the services provided
- Liaise between the guests and the service team
- You may find yourself helping to inspect the vehicles and helping the service team with services and repairs
- Make recommendations about specific service requests and help schedule appointments
- Other miscellaneous duties as needed.
You will be trained to become the product experts that our client needs.
This is a full-time, direct hire position, first shift, from 8 am to 4 : 30 pm.
