Customer Service Assistant Manager - Warehouse Support

Exact Staff is hiring a Customer Service Assistant Manager to support warehouse operations and customer service functions. This role involves handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, assisting with order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate processing and shipping of products.

Location : Valencia, CA

Pay Rate : $23.00 / hr

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday

Job Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, shipments, and returns.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks, including order processing, packing, and inventory control.
  • Train and support staff on fulfillment processes and safety protocols.
  • Communicate with carriers to resolve shipping issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling high call volumes and resolving customer concerns.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
