- Job Title : Data Specialist
Location : Chatsworth, CA
Pay : $21 - $25 / hour
Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and update databases to track program participation and outcomes.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry for member attendance and participation.
Assist with annual assessments and reporting, including surveys and grant data.
Analyze trends and program effectiveness to support decision-making.
Create reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
Process and manage memberships, renewals, and payments.
Ensure guardian payments are current and provide regular financial reports.
Support scholarship applications by collecting necessary documentation.
Provide training and support to staff on data systems.
Ensure compliance with privacy laws and organizational policies.
Work with site coordinators and departments to identify and address data needs.
Maintain communication with families about updates and club policies.
