Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordinating tasks and resources? Join our client’s team as a Dispatcher for a leading plumbing company in Fresno. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by effectively coordinating our plumbing technicians and providing exceptional customer service.

Pay Rate : $18.00 -$21.00 / Hr., DOE
Shift : 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM, Monday – Friday, Some OT Saturday
Location : Fresno, California

Responsibilities :

Receive incoming service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platforms.

Prioritize and schedule plumbing service appointments based on urgency, technician availability, and customer preferences.

Communicate with plumbing technicians to assign and dispatch jobs efficiently.

Provide clear and accurate job details, directions, and instructions to technicians to ensure timely arrivals.

Maintain constant communication with technicians to track job progress, address any issues, and make adjustments as needed.

Monitor and update the status of ongoing jobs, ensuring that customers are kept informed about their service appointments.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and rescheduling requests with professionalism and empathy.

Collaborate with other dispatchers and administrative staff to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.

Record and maintain accurate records of job details, technician availability, and customer interactions in the company's dispatching software.

Assist in maintaining an organized and up-to-date schedule board for plumbing technicians.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry developments.

Salary : $18 - $21
