What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Administrator position at Exact Staff?
Our client is a firm that specializes in tree services, specifically in trimming and cutting down trees. We are seeking a smart, bright, and eager Fleet Administrator to join our client’s office, located in Canoga Park, CA.
This is a traditional administrative assistant kind of role. You will be responsible for managing the “fleet” of people they have, as they go out to their clients to trim trees. This mainly involves coordinating where the people are going, ensuring their team shows up, verifying the work order is completed, and other logistical duties as needed.
You will also :
- Scheduling and following up with appointments and making sure they arrive on time.
- Respond to emails as needed
- Work with HR to keep track of who has completed the training. This is mandatory before people can be sent out to the job.
- Updating the filing system, making sure all documents are updated.
- Resolving any conflicts that come up
- Other clerical duties as needed.
We are looking for someone who is smart and can adapt to changing circumstances. This is a full-time position. Temp to hire. Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 : 30 pm.
