We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to connect with the audio / amplifier industry and help clients find the perfect transformer solutions.
Hours :
Shift : Monday – Friday
Pay Rate : Starting at $ 20-2 5 per hour
Key Responsibilities for this position include :
Build and maintain relationships with guitar / bass amplifier manufacturers, technicians, and suppliers.
Sell transformers tailored for the music and audio industry, providing exceptional service and support.
Conduct cold calls and communicate professionally via phone and online platforms.
Assist customers with replacement transformers and technical inquiries.
What We're Looking For
Account Management Expertise : years of experience with account management, talking with clients and vendors, and building relationships.
Knowledge of Power Supply & Audio Technology : Familiarity with power supply, audio output, and or choke filtering is highly preferred.
Top-tier communication skills : You speak well on the phone, and you write professionally
Amplifier Repair Background : Hands-on experience with amplifier repair is a plus.
Musical Knowledge : Playing an instrument or musical knowledge is a bonus but not required.
