Temp to Hire
Pay Rate : $18.00-$19.00 / HR
Monday-Friday, must have flexible schedules & be available for overtime as needed
Job Duties
- Meet & exceed the client’s staffing requirements and needs, ensuring all are safe. Will coordinate with the office to assure that a pool of candidates is readily available. Will monitor that associates are all wearing appropriate protective safety equipment
- Responsible for meeting, greeting and ensuring that temporary associates are arriving or leaving clients and adhere to the check in / out procedures
- Attend client new start orientations as needed
- Daily attendance reporting to client
- Placing and dispatching associates to the proper departments to ensure daily goals and performance expectations are met
- Responsible for facilitating orientations / training and best work practices to “new associates” in all departments
- Monitoring “No Call / No Shows” and partnering with Exact Staff team to ensure backfills are called into client as soon as possible
- Partnering with Exact Staff office team to meet daily staffing needs
- Walk the premises throughout the shift providing leadership and day-to-day direction to temporary associates in all functions and departments
- Train associates at Client on their role and responsibilities of their position
- Mentor and correct improper work methods
- Monitor and record temporary associate’s performance throughout the shift
- Partner with client management team to exceed goals and expectations
- Develop, retain and grow business by providing outstanding customer service
- Attend recruitment events with the Exact Staff team
- Bi-weekly review meetings with upper management to update them on progress
