Our customer is a wood pellet manufacturer who has operated in the PNW for over 30 years and they are looking for Packaging associates to ensure their production operati on runs smoothly.

Packaging Operator
Location : Brownsville, OR
Pay : $18.00 an hour
Day and Night Shifts : 6am to 6 : 30pm OR 6pm - 6 : 30am
Rotating days : On Mon / Tues, off Wed / Thurs, on Fri / Sat / Sun, etc.
Will be lifting up to 50 lbs and on your feet continuously throughout your entire shift

Production Worker / Packaging Operator Responsibilities :

Operate machinery in a productive manner using the established safety guidelines and procedures.

Move and wrap completed products.

Will be lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a minimum of 7 hours per day

Assist the Shift Leads to start and stop the pellet mills.

Communicate any moisture or material problems to Shift Lead.

Production Worker / Packaging Operator Qualifications :

Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.

Will need to pass the company forklift training.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet consistently throughout shift.

Proven consistent work history.
