We are hiring a Shop Hand Worker in Bakersfield, CA ! This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys physical work, and is eager to learn. You will support daily shop operations, maintain cleanliness, and assist with production tasks.

Temp-to-Hire | Monday-Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM | $20.00 / HR

Opening & Closing :

  • Open / close back shops and side gates
  • Turn fans / heaters on / off

Janitorial :

  • Empty trash (office, breakroom, shop)
  • Clean floors (sweep, mop, vacuum)
  • Clean toilets, windows, and mirrors

    • Truck Maintenance :

  • Keep service truck clean
  • Check oil and refuel as needed (gas card provided)
  • Organize tow straps
  • Deliver and pick up jobs as needed

    • Shop Tasks :

  • Clean parts and machines (pressure wash as needed)
  • Operate forklift for loading / unloading (training provided)
  • Assist with jobs as assigned

    • Office Support :

  • Change light bulbs
  • Move boxes to storage containers as needed

    • Salary : $20
