What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tire and Lube Technician position at Exact Staff?
Our client is one of the top,long-running tire and auto repair providers in the United States. We aresearching for a top-tier Tire and Lube Technician to join our client’s repairshop, located in the city of Temple, TX.
This is a traditional mechanicposition. You will be responsible for working with the team to perform repairs,which includes but not limited to repair replace and rotate tires. Mount,dismount, and balance tires. Perform oil changes and install filters.
You will also :
- Work with the service manager to identify the problems with the vehicle
- Help drive the vehicle from outside into the garage
- Open the hood and do a visual inspection of any other additional issues asneeded
- Work with the inventory team to make sure all supplies are restocked
- Ensure all tools are placed in the right spots when your day ends
- Help perform tests on the car to make sure everything is working
- Other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, direct hireposition, first shift, from 8 am to 4 : 30 pm.
