Shift : Day, Monday – Friday, Possible OT Saturday

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the operations team, ensuring high performance and alignment with the company’s goals and values.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, including senior leaders.
Address unprofessional behavior promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
Manage back-office operations, including overseeing policy issuance, endorsements, and other interconnected processes.
Monitor the productivity of the operations workforce and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
Ensure that departmental decisions and project plans related to staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities align with the company’s business plan and strategic vision.
Design and implement effective training programs that reinforce key processes and concepts, helping team members grow and succeed.
Oversee the implementation and use of CRM systems and other tools (including Microsoft Office Suite) to streamline operations and improve customer service.

Qualifications :

10 years of experience in the auto insurance industry.

8 years of proven management experience, with a track record of leading teams to success.

Experience with policy management systems, billing systems, and underwriting.

Skills & Competencies :

Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices.

Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and accountability.

Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute effectively.

Proven experience in identifying and implementing technologies or services to improve operational efficiency.

Ability to communicate fluently in both insurance and technology terminology.
