Shift : Day, Monday – Friday, Possible OT Saturday
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the operations team, ensuring high performance and alignment with the company’s goals and values.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, including senior leaders.
- Address unprofessional behavior promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
- Manage back-office operations, including overseeing policy issuance, endorsements, and other interconnected processes.
- Monitor the productivity of the operations workforce and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Ensure that departmental decisions and project plans related to staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities align with the company’s business plan and strategic vision.
- Design and implement effective training programs that reinforce key processes and concepts, helping team members grow and succeed.
- Oversee the implementation and use of CRM systems and other tools (including Microsoft Office Suite) to streamline operations and improve customer service.
