Exacta Land Surveyors, dba H&H Survey Consultants is one of the nation’s premier residential and commercial land surveying companies. Exacta provides services in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, New Jersey, and Texas. Services include all types of residential, commercial, construction and ALTA/NSPS surveys with a commitment of accurate and timely delivery to our clients. Our surveys provide an important component for real estate type transactions involving buyers and sellers, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents.
Position Summary
Exacta Land Surveyors is currently seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering e-mails and phone calls and initiating the appropriate action for each call as it relates to services/information requests for Exacta Land Surveyors and associated companies. The right candidate will be required to have outstanding communication skills, positive-polite personality traits, and a strong ability to multitask. A commitment to providing exceptional service with each call will be key to the success in this role.
Position Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:30 – 5:00 in the office. (Full-time on site)
Requirements
Customer Service Representative Position Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, or forward calls and e-mails, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling orders.
- Ensure a superior client experience through positive and friendly communication.
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Ensure proper daily data entry including, but not limited to, client account setup, proposal entry, order creation, order maintenance and cancellation.
- Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
- File and maintain records.
- Process and prepare memos, correspondence, or other documents.
- Fully adhere to Exacta’s policies, procedures, and work directives.
- Resolve internal/external customer issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, managers, clients, and other parties as related to the Exacta's services and overall business.
- Perform all duties as assigned to meet business needs in a safe, ethical, and professional manner.
Customer Service Representative Skills and Experience
- Minimum of high school diploma/GED diploma required; Associates / Technical Degree or higher preferred.
- 1 year of successful job-related administrative experience.
- Able to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner ensuring business outcomes; assertive problem-solver and action-oriented team player. Must have a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude; must be fast on your feet, poised under pressure, and committed to client service.
- Ability to balance the workload to accommodate demands of the job and exceed client expectations.
- Proficient in the independent application and use of job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions.
- May require a valid Driver’s License and maintain appropriate Automobile Insurance.
