Client Services Representative Position Summary
This position will report to the Client Services Supervisor and is responsible for various tasks related to the Lien Search Department client service department. The work is performed in an office setting with moderate noise levels. This job frequently requires the employee to stand, walk, use hands, tools, controls, reach with arms, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; sit; use hands; read; talk or hear. The employee must lift and/or move up to 10 - 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Client Services Representative Position Schedule
This is a hybrid position. Team member will report to the office at 1500 W 3rd St, MZ130, Cleveland, OH 44113 a minimum of 3 days a week as scheduled by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Ensure a superior client experience through positive and friendly communication.
- Ensure proper client account setup, order creation, order maintenance and cancellation, pending refunds and incoming and outgoing email.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Lien Search Department including telephone and email communication.
- Function as a timely responder to incoming client communications including product details, pricing, and order quotes and inquiries.
- Function as a liaison to the research team in delivering incoming order results, communicating with clients on their behalf, and coordinating strategic and necessary order details.
- Perform light accounting duties in the company accounting software including bill entry, check lookup, and coordinating with the department manager and accounting department to ensure the accuracy of daily check runs and vendor information.
- Ensure proper use and management of integrated closing software technology systems.
- Communicate with and troubleshoot vendor communication in collaboration with the Vendor Manager and Quality Control Team.
- Function as liaison with the accounting department.
- Ensure solid communication and troubleshooting with any joint venture partners
- Collaborate with the Sales Executive team in support of new and existing business.
Client Services Representative Skills and Experience
- Minimum of high school diploma/GED diploma required; Associates / Technical Degree or higher preferred.
- 1 year of successful job-related client service experience in the lien search industry.
- Proven and demonstrated skill sets to include, but not limited to completing lien search orders and estoppel reports preferred.
- Able to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner ensuring business outcomes; assertive problem-solver and action-oriented team player. Must have a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude; must be fast on your feet, poised under pressure, and committed to client service
- Ability to balance the workload to accommodate demands of the job and exceed client expectations.
- Proficient in the independent application and use of job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions.
- May require a valid Driver’s License and maintain appropriate Automobile Insurance.
