Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Exacta’s global sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize new international market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and clients across international markets.
- Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and making data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends to refine sales approaches.
- Ensure compliance with regional sales regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key business meetings worldwide.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in international sales.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding into new markets.
- Strong understanding of global business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong preference for existing relationships within the international casino gaming space, with an emphasis on land-based operations
- Ability to work effectively across different time zones and travel internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the year
- Multilingual skills are required, Spanish and preferably Portuguese.
