Job Details

The HealthCare Contract Manager is responsible for executing on the vision we have defined for our customer’s journey from time of sales lead to contract execution with TRHC. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to our sales and contracting process, and for complying with documentation standards required to support our commercial growth. Day-to-day, the Business Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that sales pipelines are accurately reflected in the CRM and that client contracts are created within our targeted service level timeframes, and he/she/they are instrumental in driving the required cross-functional internal collaboration needed to create and negotiate each client contract. In many situations the Business Operations Manager is working on multiple contracts simultaneously, so the ability to balance multiple simultaneous deadlines is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Using approved templates, prepare, review, and revise a variety of contracts, including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Business Associate Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.

  • Contract Negotiation: Coordinate contract negotiations with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring terms are clear, fair, and align with organizational goals.

  • Contract Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations. Identify potential risks in contract language and mitigate them accordingly.

  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Maintain a structured system for tracking sales lifecycles, from initial lead through contract, contract renewal or termination. Ensure timely renewals and compliance with all contractual obligations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to support contract needs and maintain strong communication with relevant stakeholders.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Manage accurate and organized documentation of all contracts. Ensure contracts are stored and accessible to authorized personnel.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for contract management systems, procedures, and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Required:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field (Master’s or JD preferred).

  • 2 Years of proven experience as a Contract Manager or similar role, preferably in Healthcare.

  • Experience using computer business applications including, MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel and Outlook, and Salesforce.com

Skills & Abilities

  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with contract management systems preferred.

Schedule

  • This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week, and an ability to be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer deliverables on an ad-hoc basis. Normal business hours are between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel

  • Travel to trade shows, educational or sales events as may be required.
