Responsibilities
Patient outreach to collect payments and coordinate payment plans
Review account billing for accuracy and communicate changes accordingly with patients
Coordinate patient profiles with appropriate pharmacy support and services
Customer service calls to ensure accuracy and address patient satisfaction

Requirements
Must be 18 years of age. High school diploma /GED required.
If no prior pharmacy experience, must be committed to registering with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and obtaining a pharmacy certification within one year of employment.
Prior pharmacy technician experience specifically with medication billing, preferred.
Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, preferred.
Ability to work a full-time, Monday - Friday schedule of 9:00AM until 5:30 PM.
