Ensures work areas are cleaned. Addresses maintenance related incidents such as spills.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs general maintenance and repair of various manufacturing and office floors.
- Troubleshoots and addresses repairs and maintenance.
- Ensures work areas are cleaned.
- Addresses maintenance related incidents such as spills.
- Follow specific work instructions and schedules to maintain facilities.
- Stripping, waxing, and buffing floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing floors and carpets
- Dusting baseboards, vents, and other surfaces
- Operating floor machines, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors
- Maintaining supplies and inventory
- Follow safety procedures.
- Complete PM's and Work Orders and submit on-time.
- Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.
- Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with various floor machines.
- Safety mindset around cleaning solutions
- Reliable transportation
- Basic Microsoft Office computer knowledge
- Ability to be trained
