1Source, an Examinetics company, is looking for a full-time Clinical Services Administrator to join our team! This is a full time role in office at our Griffith, IN location. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing clinical services activities within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing policies, monitoring adherence to regulatory requirements, conducting audits, and providing guidance to ensure that the organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain their individual client companies regulatory clinical services
- Assist in the development of programs and the operating procedures
- Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the manager for resolution.
- Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data and purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Assist existing clients with any order changes, additions or deletions to existing orders
- Maintain a recall list for each of their client companies
- Interact directly with client companies as needed to assure that proper orders are being generated and completed
- Ensure the confidential and accurate handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Complete special projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience
- 2 years of work experience, preferably in a related role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience sorting and filtering in Excel and creating Microsoft Word documents
- Strong understanding of clinic services regulations and best practices preferred
- Experience in the healthcare, human resource, or safety industry segments preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
