Examinetics is hiring a Marketing Manager to join our growing team! This is a full time role based on a hybrid work schedule at our Overland Park, KS office. The Marketing Manager will drive various aspects of B2B marketing, demand generation, content creation, and sales enablement. This role will be part of the marketing strategy for the company and play an important role in finding new opportunities for the team. At Examinetics, the Marketing, Sales and Client Success teams all work together under one group, so this is a great opportunity to be part of an integrated team in the safety and health field. Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales team to help with lead generation and develop selling tools
- Manage search engine marketing efforts including search engine optimization (SEO) and paid Google advertising
- Manage lead generation campaigns with trade publications and other media
- Develop email campaigns to current clients and prospects
- Lead trade show execution
- Develop and edit high quality content for marketing and sales channels.
- Translate complex material from different sources into informational and instructional content that engages and resonates with our target audience.
- Develop unique content for each stage of the buying cycle including whitepapers, guides, e-books, press articles, blog posts and brochures.
- Actively participate in external communication activity that improves brand presence & reputation and drives inquiries. Distribute content through paid advertising and public relations.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 5 years related work experience in a marketing role
- Experience with lead generation
- Experience with SEO and various SEO tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Experience with email marketing
- Experience designing and deploying digital experiences and content such as ads, webinars, demos, white papers, and e-books
- Experience creating visually appealing presentations through tools such as: Powerpoint, Photoshop, Adobe
- Experience working with WordPress preferred
- Experience with CRM platform (Salesforce) preferred
- Experience achieving and presenting return on marketing efforts
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent grammar, writing, copy-editing and communication skills, including the ability to adapt writing style to appeal to different audiences and marketing platforms
- Basic design skills preferred
- Curious mindset and like to learn new topics
- Passion for research to gather insights into client needs, wants, and pain points
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to present and share ideas
- Willing and able to travel domestically less than 10% per year
