Examinetics is looking for a Sales Operations Manager - Commercial Partnerships to join our team! This a full time role and is based in our Overland Park, KS office. This role involves domestic travel and will be responsible for managing account relationships with all of Examinetics' commercial partners, including industrial and Health & Safety distributors, Occupational Health & Safety consultancies, workers' comp. insurers, Third Party Administrators, and on-site and off-site health clinics. This person will be expected to profitably develop and grow revenue with these strategic partnerships, identify & cultivate new partnerships, and refine the channel strategy for the company. This person will report to & work closely with the VP of Strategy & Business Development within the Commercial Team.

Primary Responsibilities :

Existing Partnership Management (80%)

  • Lead corporate relationship with Examinetics' established 3rd party commercial partnerships
  • Refine and implement the commercial strategy and manage the annual contract & price negotiations for each account

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with our partners' management teams. Reviews focused on performance, issue resolution, and forward-looking sales planning.
  • Oversee & support day-to-day execution of sales and delivery of business sold by 3rd party partners (with members of our Account Management & Customer Success teams)
  • Support partner salespeople in day-to-day selling efforts

  • Process orders received from partner accounts as they are submitted (with support from Account Management team)
  • Respond to & resolve any issues that arise during sales process or delivery of service
  • Train & onboard partners' new sales hires, new sales teams & other functional roles, etc on an ad-hoc / ongoing basis
  • Refine & manage partner sales KPIs and work with Examinetics' sales team to develop reports for internal and external (ie to partner stakeholders) reporting
  • New Partnership Development (20%)

  • Support VP of Strategy & Business Development in defining channel strategy, sourcing, pursuing new partners, and onboarding partnerships
  • Attend trade shows & industry events to develop partnerships
  • Train & onboard stakeholders at new 3rd-party relationships, key personas receiving training will include : front-line sales teams, sales management, marketing, product management
  • Job Requirements :

    Education and / or Experiences :

  • 3 years of related work experience in client facing, commercial, or adjacent roles
  • Experience working in small, dynamic, revenue-facing or commercial teams
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM
  • Preferred :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years in customer support functions
  • 1 years of Strategic Account Management experience or Sales Ops or Revenue Ops
  • Skills and Abilities :

  • Relationship Management : Experience & comfort with managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships of >
  • 500k ACV; ability to demonstrate track record of expanding account & growing revenue a plus

  • Willing and able to travel up to 20% domestically. Must travel by commercial airlines and able to use rental cars
  • Commercial Fluency : Innate / intuitive understanding of how changes to commercial model and / or terms with partners will impact Examinetics' revenue & profitability
  • Analytical Fluency : Ability to analyze and present large data sets to answer strategic commercial questions, ability to develop commercial models, set revenue & profit targets, and develop forecasts (high proficiency with Excel)
  • Communication & Presentation Skills : demonstrated experience in working with senior management teams in both formal presentations & extemporaneous collaboration, experience in presenting to large audiences, and
  • Executive Presence : experience working with and presenting to senior leadership (both internal and external)
