Description
We are recruiting for an experienced barber on behalf of our client, a well-established barbershop. The client is seeking full-time barbers who are skilled in providing high-quality grooming services. This is an excellent opportunity for barbers looking to work in a dynamic environment with a steady flow of clients. The role offers competitive earnings with a 60% commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional barbering services including but not limited to haircuts, shaves, and beard grooming.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business for the client.
- Ensure the barbershop maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Stay informed on the latest grooming trends and techniques.
Compensation:
- Pay: 60% commission on all services provided.
Work Schedule:
- 5 days per week
- Saturdays required (must work 3 Saturdays per month)
- 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a barber, with references.
- Valid barber’s license.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays (3 per month required).
