Overview:
EXAR Healthcare is always seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. CNAs with EXAR play a critical role in delivering quality care and support to patients across skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, rehab centers, and home care environments.
As a CNA with EXAR, you’ll work under the supervision of licensed nurses, helping patients with daily activities and ensuring a safe, respectful, and comfortable care experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility

Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in patient condition

Support residents with feeding, hydration, and personal hygiene

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families

Assist nursing staff with routine care procedures and transporting patients

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment in accordance with infection control standards

Accurately document care provided and communicate clearly with the healthcare team

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Active CNA certification in the state of employment

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs; perform physical job functions such as standing, walking, and bending

Basic understanding of medical terminology and infection prevention

Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with strong communication skills

Must pass background check, TB screening, and meet state-specific requirements
