Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Scientist
Location: LeHigh Acres, FL, 33936
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Shift:5.00pm – 7.30am
Pay Rate: $63/hr.
Note:
From hiring manager: when choosing applicants please make sure they have following: Must have Florida license as medical technologist in chemistry, hematology, and blood bank (minimum). Generalist experience performing tests in a small laboratory independently, responsible for multiple departments simultaneously while maintaining expected customer service, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks.
Clinical Laboratory Scientist duties and responsibilities:
1. ASCP certification, or equivalent required
2. Minimum two years of hospital laboratory work experience
3. Bachelor’s Degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution, or other educational requirements as stated in CLIA (42 CFR 493.1489)
4. Current and Valid State License if the laboratory is located in a state where required.
