EXB Solutions (a Quest Defense Systems and Solutions company) is growing and looking to add a Senior Advanced I&T Engineer to shape the future of space-based defense technology, working alongside some of the best minds in the industry. As our Senior Advanced I&T Engineer, you will play a key role in the development, integration, and testing of advanced space-based systems, ensuring seamless performance across satellite communications, ground operations, and missile warning/tracking systems. This position requires expertise in DevSecOps tools and platforms, including AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline development, as well as experience with test automation and system validation. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient integration, secure deployment, and continuous improvement of mission-critical defense technologies.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time from the date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within the facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications:
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
- 8 years of job-related experience (or 6 years of job-related experience with a Master’s degree).
- DevSecOps experience with some of the following platform/tools:
- AWS
- GitLab
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- Jenkins
- Ansible
- Terraform
- CI/CD pipeline development
- Test automation
- Missile Warning/Missile Tracking system integration, test, operations experience
- Familiar with Agile philosophies and processes
Preferred Skills:
- Satellite communications knowledge
- Ground to Satellite communication knowledge
- Ground operations experience
