Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Recruiting Specialist to lead our client and radiologist-facing marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of social media expertise, digital marketing skills, recruiting outreach, and content creation. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to attract radiologists and healthcare clients while also enhancing our brand presence across various platforms.
What You Will Do in This Role:
- Develop and manage social media content across platforms to engage radiologists and healthcare providers.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
- Conduct outreach via phone and email to recruit radiologists and establish relationships with healthcare facilities.
- Create marketing collateral, including digital graphics, video content, and promotional materials.
- Oversee and participate in podcast production, including appearing on camera as a host or guest.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications/What We Look for in a Candidate:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or sales, preferably in healthcare or B2B industries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in making outbound calls.
- Proficiency in SEO, content marketing, and social media management tools.
- Graphic design and/or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
- Comfortable being on camera for marketing videos and podcasts.
- Ability to work independently and think strategically to drive engagement and lead generation.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for building strong client and radiologist relationships.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in using SMM and CRM insight tools to monitor social media/email conversations.
- Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, inbound marketing, and blogging.
