What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Security Guard Manager and Policy Writer position at Excalibur Security?

Large warehouse needs an experienced Security Manager to help oversee all aspects of Operation, including but not limited to hiring officers, training staff, disciplining those who fail to follow Policy, oversee payroll. The most important, immediate responsibility is developing customized Post Orders. Therefore, very strong writing skills are required. To be clear, reviewing and developing all security regulations to improve what's in place is the first line of business. Prior Security Post Orders creation is sought and at least two years working in Warehouse or Shipping environment. Must have guard card, be ready to interview and start right away.
