What We’re Looking For:
We need a multi-talented video and live stream expert who has a passion for sports and technology, someone who is equally at home behind the camera as they are behind the scenes setting up cutting-edge live streaming solutions. You’ll be hands-on from day one, working directly at our world-class facility in Felton, Delaware, where you’ll play a crucial role in transforming the way fans engage with sports.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production & Editing: Film, produce, and edit content for social media, live streams, and on-demand video services. You’ll work on both short-form and long-form content.
- Live Stream Setup & Management: Oversee live stream operations for sports events and daily activities. You’ll select the best cameras and equipment for live streaming from our facility, ensuring high-quality, seamless streaming experiences for our users.
- Technology Expertise: Identify and implement the right streaming solutions, camera equipment, and services. This includes knowing the bandwidth requirements, video storage, and the distribution technology necessary to deliver content to our users.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with graphic designers and the broader team to develop strong, engaging content for our audience. You’ll ensure that our video content is top-notch and creates emotional connections with our users.
- Team Leadership: As we grow, you’ll help manage and build a team of professionals involved in different aspects of video production and live streaming. Your expertise will guide the team and ensure all projects run smoothly.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: We are constantly pushing the envelope. You’ll be tasked with exploring new ways to produce, distribute, and monetize video content that excites our users while highlighting our humane treatment of animals.
What You Bring:
- A background in videography, live streaming, and video editing, especially in sports environments.
- Deep understanding of live stream technologies, including podcasting setups, camera technologies, and services for streaming and recording.
- Experience with bandwidth requirements for live streaming and content uploading.
- Knowledge of video hosting platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, or AWS for on-demand distribution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team while also being self-driven.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and people.
